PUAFA – NOC Enid Scholarship
Through the generous support of the Phillips University Alumni and Friends Association, the establishment of this temporarily restricted scholarship endowment fund will provide students an opportunity to pursue their higher educational goals at the Northern Oklahoma College Enid campus. This fund was made possible by Phillips Alumni who wish to carry on their alma mater’s tradition of giving and repay the many kindnesses shown to them by the Enid community. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist students with financial support with the hope that when they become successful one day, they too will give back to support others seeking a higher education in Enid.
- Monies donated for scholarship purposes shall be used to provide a maximum award of $1,000 annually to full-time students at Northern Oklahoma College Enid and/or a maximum award of $500 annually to part-time students at Northern Oklahoma College Enid.
- One half of the scholarship award will be applied to the recipient’s fall semester Bursar account for books and supplies. Contingent upon a cumulative grade-point average of 2.00, the second half of the scholarship award will be applied to the recipient’s Bursar account for books and supplies through the NOC College Bookstore during the spring semester.
- This scholarship is a one-year award. However, the recipient(s) may re-apply to receive the award (pending available funds) for up to two years, as long as he/she is in good academic standing and maintains financial need.
