- Locate the item to refund: pi_3TMtQlK519434ZBR0yFqUI3H
- Click View
- Near the top right corner of the screen, locate right corner of your screen, the ‘Payment Details’ widget.
- Click on Refund and click Yes in the confirmation box that shows up. If everything works as expected, the word Refunded should appear where the Refund button used to be. When the system refunds the money, it also sets the registration count to 0 as well as the other values which may have been included, e.g. Dues, Donations, and so on. It does not change the club information.
